The start of this 2024 was a dynamic period of support for ALP Synergy and OxLEP Business, marked by a concentrated effort to assist leaders in the ‘C-Suite’ – Chief Executives, Operations Directors, and other key decision-makers. With a focus on equipping businesses for success, we’ve delivered Export Support webinars, AI and digital sales workshops, and insightful sessions on topics such as neurodiversity. These initiatives were designed to address the evolving needs of Oxfordshire businesses.
This Showcase features bold and innovative businesses that have harnessed our support to achieve their goals. Sharing these success stories is vital, as OxLEP Business should never remain Oxfordshire’s best-kept secret. ALP Synergy Ltd and OxLEP Business are committed to fostering growth and innovation.
Based on these foundations of success, we launched two targeted programmes in West Oxfordshire: Business SPARK and Business ACCELERATOR. SPARK supports residents starting new ventures, while ACCELERATOR focuses on scaling up established businesses. For businesses outside West Oxfordshire, our extensive resources and support services through OxLEP Business remain available.
