Both Liz and Vic are entrepreneurs in their own right, running small businesses alongside their work at ALP Synergy. This first-hand experience allows them to truly understand the challenges faced by small business owners and gives them a unique perspective when designing support programmes. Whether it’s navigating growing pains or tackling new opportunities, they’re always focused on what works best for local businesses.
Liz is passionate about creating opportunities for small businesses to thrive, especially in rural and coastal areas. Her experience and drive help businesses unlock their potential, from start-up to growth.
Vic brings a wealth of experience in customer services and business support. Her commitment to supporting the local economy and entrepreneurs is second to none.
