Business Grant Scheme Design and Management

We have designed and delivered a range of business grant schemes distributing over £6m in the last 5 years. Our service includes producing the required materials to support delivery, from Grant Scheme Guidance, through to Application Forms, launch events, Grant Panel Training, Offer letters and claim forms.

Monitoring and Reporting on Performance and Results

Our clients benefit from comprehensive delivery monitoring and reporting aligned with SPF (Strategic Priorities Fund) or other requirements. Monthly and annual reports highlight progress, feedback, risks and mitigation as well as forward looks. We use our monitoring and reporting to inform our evaluation activities and the Impact Reports we produce.
